The company is seeking a Fire Extinguisher Technician who is responsible for performing visual inspections of fire extinguishers to ensure they meet specified standards. Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Inspecting extinguishers to ensure they meet all safety standards within the jurisdiction of the state
  • Ensuring tags are not expired and unit is in proper working order
  • Schedule service of units needing repair with service technicians
  • Additional duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • General working knowledge of standards associated with fire extinguishing systems or the ability to learn through on-the-job training
  • Able to recognize deficiencies associated with fire extinguishing systems and schedule service to bring them up to standards

The company is seeking a candidate to work in Steel Pipe Fabrication to perform general labor tasks as they pertain to metal and pipe fabrication. Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Observing and obeying all safety rules
  • Performing welding, grinding, and threading of pipe
  • Assisting with the loading and unloading of pipe, fitting, and other devices
  • Using a variety of power tools including chop saw, plasma cutter, roll cutter, and cut groover
  • Performing local deliveries of materials to jobsite, picking up materials for projects, and operating a forklift to move products and material
  • Performing other duties as assigned to meet business needs

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma plus some work-related training and/or experience
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and cleaning and moving equipment
  • Basic knowledge of safety practices and procedures
  • Ability to make accurate measurements with tape measure along with accurate counts of pipe and fittings
  • Basic knowledge of pipe and fittings is helpful

The company is seeking a Designer who is responsible for planning and laying out fire sprinkler systems using architectural drawings and preparing calculations for construction projects. Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Producing accurate and effective construction plans for the purpose of generating material deliveries and field installation
  • Coordinating the design with other personnel working on same project to minimize design conflicts
  • Preparing an accurate stock listing of all materials required for the project and requisition same
  • Preparing preliminary sketches and/or schematic diagrams for plumbing systems.; reviewing manufacturer’s drawings with respect to company’s design criteria
  • Preparing layout, detail, and assembly drawings using Autosprink software; analyzing design and confer with management to resolve details that are not completely defined
  • Redesigning, modifying, or editing existing design as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Two or four-year degree/certificate program or have two to four years of related experience and/or training
  • NICET Level II is a plus
  • Completion of OSHA 10 hour training

  • Must have strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.

  • Experience working in a three-dimensional CAD environment (creating objects and also working with customer supplied files)
  • Experience with Siemens NX or Rhino 5 is a plus, but not essential

The FBI Honors Internship Program is a ten-week, paid internship for undergraduate and graduate college students. The goal of the internship is to offer students experiences they can’t find anywhere else and to assist the FBI with building a pipeline of potential future entry-level employees. TRAINLI is seeking a Model Railroad Engineer/Technician to determine failure modes of products, implement new features, and prepare documents for low-volume production (CAD, parts sourcing, manufacturing method selection, prototyping, etc.). This position is an internship and will start towards the end of summer. If the internship is successful, the position might lead into an engineering position at the company. Hours and days are very flexible. Duties include, but are not limited to:

QUALIFICATIONS:
