ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING INTERN | BREADWARE

DESCRIPTION:
The Pack Internship Grant Program provides funding for over sixty individual student internships with local businesses, nonprofits, and public agencies every spring. The program helps employers develop substantive internships for students. A grant through ASUN funds student wages for 120 hours in the spring semester of 2019.

Breadware is currently seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern to join the development team. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Soldering/electronics assembly
  • Testing/troubleshooting
  • Writing test firmware
  • Using a variety of CAD tools to generate electronic modules
  • Prototyping with breadboards
  • Designing development boards

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Soldering experience
  • Understanding of electronics and embedded systems
  • Exceptional computer literacy
  • Product oriented mindset
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Professionalism regarding time, costs, and deadlines
  • Ability and willingness to work independently or as part of a team in order to complete tasks on time
