The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) is a scientific research organization operated by the United States Air Force. The laboratory is dedicated to leading the discovery, development, and integration of affordable aerospace warfighting technologies, planning and executing the Air Force science and technology program, and providing warfighting capabilities to United States air, space, and cyberspace forces.
The AFRL Scholars Program is seeking highly-qualified students for exciting research opportunities. Students will be gaining hands-on experience under mentorship of notable scientists and engineers.
- Have a strong interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM)
- Enrolled or accepted at an educational institution taking at least a half-time academic course load
- At least sixteen years of age and a United States citizen
