TECHNICAL ROTATION PROGRAM | PCC STRUCTURALS

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The purpose of the Technical Rotation Program (TRP) is that is provides a vehicle for the Structural Division to identify, select, and develop the very best engineering students coming out of the university who have a primary interest in developing into top engineering leaders for PCC Structurals’ casting operations. The TRP is a two-year rotational program. Each TRP will be assigned a mentor and have access to and support of top talent across the company’s division. Duties include engineering responsibilities dependent on the plant’s engineering needs. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, dimensional, metallurgical, process control, facilities, design, manufacturing, and quality. Successful applicants of the TRP will serve two year-long rotations in two different Structural Division plants. The following is a list of potential locations:

  • Portland, Oregon
  • Redmond, Oregon
  • San Leandro, California
  • Covina, California
  • Carson City, Nevada
  • Ogden, Utah
  • Groton, Connecticut
  • Tilton, New Hampshire
  • Port St. Lucie, Florida

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Be within six months of a four-year engineering degree or Master’s degree
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and team building skills (i.e. membership in scholastic clubs or associations, extracurricular affiliations or memberships, or as described more fully in applicants resume, etc.)
  • Intern or co-op experience is desired (not required)
  • Relocation is required
