IT HELP DESK TECHNICIAN | GEOTEMPS
POSITION LOCATION: Reno, NV
Under the direction of the IT Systems Administrator, the IT Help Desk Technician is responsible for assisting on tier 1 and tier 2 IT support needs of all sites, services, and users in a complex Windows domain environment. The IT Technician will be working primarily with Windows systems and Office 365 programs. They will be responsible for user support of all IT hardware and software used at all sites. Occasional travel to sites will be required. The IT Technician will be responsible for all installation and maintenance of workstations, both in office and remote. A college degree in a Computer Science discipline is a plus.
- Must have 1 – 3 years of experience in an IT role.
- Solid understanding of Windows systems and the ability to trouble shoot from a remote location a plus.
- Familiarity with third party applications including Adobe, SAGE, Vulcan and GIS.
- Applicable experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk solutions.
