SENIOR SUPPORT TECHNICIAN | SEVER TECHNOLOGY
Under general direction of the Sales Operations Manager, the Senior Support Technician will play a key support role in the process of making repairs to returned product and provide technical assistance and training to customers. The Senior Support Technician is expected to provide assistance to complex issues. This position ensures that all assigned duties are performed quickly, efficiently and according to the established departmental and company policies, procedures and goals.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of three years of experience troubleshooting and repairing computer or electronic equipment.
