INTERNSHIP, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CUSTOMER SUPPORT | INTERNATIONAL GAME TECHNOLOGY
• You will be providing corporate wide day-to-day 1st contact help desk technical support to users of desktop systems in the following areas;
• Receives calls and logs trouble tickets in tracking database; follow-up with customers to keep them informed of the status of tickets, both opened and closed
• Supports and troubleshoots a range of routine assignments that involve typically most of IGT’s desktop systems; internal desktop systems software and hardware, network systems, printers, telecommunications and other related technical equipment
• Installs software patches, fixes and drivers to resolve problems
• Follows established procedures on recurring assignments
• Work is subject to frequent and close supervisory oversight and review
